Here’s what happens to the details and photographs you send us, and how to get in touch about them.
Who looks after your information
Jetty Corp is responsible for the personal information collected through this assessment form. For questions, corrections, access requests or deletion requests, email nova.businesshq@gmail.com. This notice applies to assessment requests submitted from 19 September 2026.
What we collect
Your name, email, postcode, chosen cleaning service and description of the work. You can also provide a phone number, property address, access and timing details, and up to three photographs. Please avoid including people, number plates, documents or sensitive information. We resize photographs and remove embedded metadata before storing them.
Why we use it
We use your details to record and assess the work you ask about, reply to you and discuss possible next steps. These are steps you request before any potential service agreement. The form records your acknowledgement of this notice. We also use limited security records and hashed network/contact identifiers to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, in our legitimate interests in operating a secure service. We do not use your assessment details for marketing.
Who can see it
The authorised Jetty operator can review your request and photographs. Vercel hosts the website, Neon stores the enquiry records, and Resend processes transactional emails. Replies go to our monitored Google Gmail inbox. These providers may process limited information outside the UK under their applicable data-processing and transfer arrangements. We do not sell enquiry data or publish your photographs. No customer details are automatically shared with contractors at this assessment stage; any later sharing will be explained before it happens.
How long we keep it
We retain assessment details and photographs for up to 90 days after submission, then remove identifying details from the assessment records. Security hashes expire after 30 days. Encrypted recovery copies expire within 30 days, so deleted information may remain in restricted backups for that period. If a later service is agreed, we will explain the separate terms and retention arrangements before moving your information into that service. You can ask us to delete an assessment earlier.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability rights may apply to information you supply for a potential contract. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website information
We use Vercel Web Analytics for basic aggregate website usage, with no advertising cookies or form contents sent as analytics events. Essential security and infrastructure logs help operate and protect the site. This website does not make automated decisions about your eligibility, price or booking. An assessment request is reviewed by Jetty.
